The recipes are by Ivan Bachurin and Oleg Kozlovskyy, sommeliers of the Whisky Corner restaurant. Published in December 2015 as a Kindle edition and a paperback.
I did the photography and the visual side of the book, and took it through to publication. The same process now serves chefs and restaurants who want a book of their own.
